If you need help with a keepsake
Keepsake files can be downloaded for 24 hours after purchase. If something went wrong, send an email with:
which keepsake you bought (Candle Room, Rainbow Bridge or Remembrance Garden),
the email address you used at checkout,
roughly when you bought it.
Please never send card numbers or passwords by email. Payments are handled by Stripe, and I never see your card details.
